My shipment order no. Wc196620, which i ordered to witty cart. I received the parcel dated 12/07/19, after opening the parcel i came to know that air cooler is not working.
Dated 12/07/19, i raised complain to witty cart via my mail id info @wittycart.com, as per their policy i should raise complain within 3 days of delivery of parcel than only they will accept the complain and can refund of money.
For this product i had paid rs 2499.00
Pls do needful to me.
