Mr. Hlrai, a rpf sergeant on duty at entryway of howrah rlystn. New complex, misbehaved with me when i request him to allow me to sit in a vacant chair just behind him so that i can change my jacket. It was a mere rewuest to him but he was rude and reluctant. I have made a written complain to enquiry office. Cctv footage may be checked to authenticate the matter. Time of incident is around 21.56 hrs... This people should be trained to behave gently and they should be passenger friendly... Please. Do take the necessary action deem fit.
