As per the above subject I want to inform you that I have joined the course Animation & VFX prime in Arena Jayanagar branch. Unfortunately I was not interested because of the faculty issue not getting proper teaching for 10days they have taken my fees and then asked to refund but they treating me in bad way please help me to resolve this issue

i joined on[protected] i left on[protected] paid Rs.10000 for that i have not received any receipt from the institution then after they told me to pay Rs, 35000 because of the above reason I would like to request you to cancel my admission and refund the amount of Rs.35, 000 I have attached the payment receipt along with the letter for your reference. I shall be highly obliged to you for any help you can provide.if not will go as per legal .

Problems

1.rude behavior and roudism
2.fraud receipt given to me
3.no kannada teachers to teach
4.threating to my mother and we given police complaint also but they told you can give any complaint they did some corrupt

And also I requested one more time when my father hospitalized then also they denied to give refund
