[Resolved]  Arena Animation / Multimedia — Certificate not received yet

As I submitted one complain already against Arena Aultimedia, but old complaint is showing "Complain Resolved" status.
But my problem has not been solved yet. Please do let me know, what more I can do.
I have provided them details as much as I could.
Bank Statement, fees slip etc.
They are asking that my payment is due, here is the
attached copy of statement, amount was deposited in Aptech Ltd A/c.
Cheque No : 79486
Amount : 46192
Cheque Clearing Date : 31/08/2012.

Jaipur branch is not helping me in any way. They are giving just only excuses for last two-three years.
Without certificate I have missed lots of good career opportunities.
Don't know what should I do.
Please please help me

Arena Animation / Multimedia — Problem has not been resolved yet. It's my third complain here.

Please help me sir/ma'am, I already told you that they are not issuing my certificate.
I am submitting complain here third time.
Please resolve my problem.
