Arena Animation / Multimedia — Unethical behaviour related to fees and cancelling my further lectures

I am a student at arena animation bandra they have charged me tax on my fees without informing me that i need to pay the tax and then charged me a due on that tax because i didn't pay that tax as i didn't knew and threatened me to pay it or else they shall not give me my certificate and now they have cancelled my lectures of further software.
