I had paid 4436.8 to the above online store on 23 july 2019 for delivery of tulips at coimbatore on 18 august. On 12 aug i asked them to prepone the delivery for which they asked me to pay 546 additionally as they said flowers will have to be arranged from france and i paid it. Reminded them a day before delivery and was informed delivery would happen. On day of delivery asked for same and was advised would happen by noon. Ultimately did not happen and was informed they had other flowers and if would be acceptable. Told them not acceptable and to cancel the order and refund. On 22 aug i was advised order is cancelled and voucher given that can avail their service in next 1 year of amount paid 5081.6. Told them am already unhappy with services and don't want to do any more transactions and to refund to account. They have replied back saying their company policy is not to have refunds and will not be returning money and to only take service against voucher. I need to file litigation as is duping an individual of his money by not giving services as well as not returning his money. I have emails of entire interactions and can send as supportings
