Arfeen Khan — Workshop by Arfeen in 2019

Hi All.
Arfeen Khan is the biggest fraud and cheat of this industry.He has taken money for an event and did not conduct that event.When I asked about refund, he is not giving back my money His contact numbers do not work He should be jailed in 420 case .Can anyone help me in sending him to jail?Let us all unite and file an online FIR to put him in jail.
