I was living in Arihant Arden as a tenant for last 2 years.

Due to Covid-19 and some other medical complication, I came to my hometown, Rohtak just after lockdown.

I am writing this email to inform you that my landlord break the lock and rent it out to other tenants on 1st June 2020 in my absence and without my permission.

Arihant Arden — Builder poor work

I am writing about some bad features of arihant arden
1) too costly project in noida extension.
2) they also charged for iron gate.
3) green area is too less.
4) only 2 lift at whole tower.
5) power back charges too much.
6) from management to employee no body caring for existing customer.
7) still lot of work pending from civil to mechanical.
Lot of other issues which can watch at site.br...

Unfair practise by Arihant Its really painful to describe the unfair practices by arihant group . 1. First they increased the number of floors in the name of increased cost of project 2. They replaced almost every park with a new tower 3.
