Arka Indane Gas Agency — Very Bad Service - Irregular in Delivering LPG

This ARKA Indane Gas agency, Kammagondanahalli, Bangalore 560015.
Is not at all customer friendly. They are very rude & arrogant. No one pickup the phone calls.
I was booked LPG on[protected] & cash memo generated. But[protected] I have received the SMS saying that my Booking was cancelled & to know the reason contact Distributor. But this Distributor not at all picking phone call. then how can I reach them...
Please everybody their voices against them. I am planning to change Distribution.
My Complaints :
1).Distribution of Gas Cylinder is not prompt.
2).Without any reason booking is cancelling even after generation of Cash Memo.
3).Delay in Service
4).Phone Calls are not receiving & Some phone lines are always not working.
5).No customer friendly service.
6).Delivery boys are asking more/extra money (misguiding by saying that it is Service Tax).

Please take necessary action on them. If possible handover this agency to any other agency who can give best services.
