Respected Sir, I, No 13990154F TS/NK/DVR Oma Ram served in Army Medical Corps from 28 Dec 1994 to 31 Dec 2013. I was preceded on pension establishment wef. 01 Jan 2014 after completion of 19 years of service vides PPO No. S/62290/2013(Army) dt. 09.12.2013. My concerned Records is Records (JCO/ORs) AMC, PO; Dilkusha Lucknow-2 226002. I am drawing my pension from State Bank of Bikaner & Jaipur, Paota, and Jodhpur Branch (Dist –Jodhpur, Rajasthan) Acct No.[protected]. Sir, I My Income Tax Deducted Rs 10529 As per My FAS Dec 2013 by AMC PAO(PBOR) Lucknow, but it is not show in 26AS. So I requested to my concerned office that revised your TDS Qtr. Return and update my information as per my FAS Dec. 2013. And inform me immediately and send me my FORM-16 of the year 2014/15 and2015/16. A letter has been fwd to Records (AMC) on 30 Dec 2014. After long waiting, no fruitful results so far.Kindly do some in favour of to me to get my FORM-16 of the year 2014/15 and 2015/16 immediately.
