Dear sir, 2019 me 25 Nov ko mere account me 500 rupee credit hue the and maine appliee tak nahi kiya tha and mujhe kuch yaad nahi hai and jab paise account me aaye the to kch mention bhi nahi tha ki kaha se aaya hai and uske bad kch time tak koi update nahi aaya na koi call aayi payment krne ke liye ye ya kch bhi and mere cibil pr bhi kch show nahi ho raha tha but last 6 to 7 month se mere cibil me 500 ka amount showr ho raha hai and waha pr overdue 600+ days show ho raha hai mai pay krna cah raaha tha but mere pass na koi apps ki information hai na koi detalis hai ki mujhe kisne paise bheje hai kisne nahi bs mere cibil pr ye company ka naam show ho raha hai and bahut tezi se mera cibil down ho raha hai few months back cibil 750+ tha but abhi 673 hai bahut tezi se down ho raha hai and uski wajh se bahut prb ho rahi hai mai pay kr ke iesko close krna cahta hu but kaise kru kya kru kch nahi hai mere pass koi details and aaj tak 3 years me ek single call tak nahi aayi hai na koi payment late hui hai but ye kon sa loan hai nahi pta hai hme please me sir and resolve my problem sir please do the needful
