My car no. Wb40f 9335, registered on[protected] at arto durgapur, west bengal, india. Unfortunately my rc valid up to[protected] while the
Validation of rc book should be up to[protected]. While re-registered a penalty of rupees 6400/- claimed and after paying the amount validity extended up to[protected].
My question is why validity for first time registration was not for 15 years. Why i had to pay the huge penalty. Please take necessary action.
