I am owner of plot in arunachalam layout. It is one of worst managed layout in that region. The owner association president narayansami is a crooked guy who extorts money as middleman in all land deals but does nothing to improve the situation in the layout. Recently a new issue has come up where local authorities has put fencing around the adjacent lake about which none of the owners were informed.
Lot of owners are facing issues due to this since it is partially encroaching their land but beml co-operative society is doing nothing in this regard.
I want proper resolution of this matter with authorities or compensation in case it is mistake of arunachalam developers. Was this information helpful? |
