Arunodaya Agencies, Bharat Gas — Collecting delivery charges

We are paying delivery charges for Bharat Gas for how long we don't remember.when we ask them about free delivery they are rude and forcibly collecting charges from everyone as far as i know.as you already know we don't need to pay delivery charges.everyone is afraid to complaint against them as they can delay delivery intentionally.please stop these forced non authorised charges.
