Ascent Consulting — PF not settled

I am an ex employee with american express banking cooperation ltd. (AEBC LTD) i left American Express on 12th January 2017 and since then i have been running around in circles just to get my pf money. Ever since i applied for pf i was informed by american express that ascent consulting will be taking care of it and i should get in touch with them. I have been thrown back and forth like a ping pong ball and its really painful experience dealing with them neither american express nor ascent consulting care much about employees pain.

I will not recommend anyone join american express so that no one should suffer like this its been more than 2 months and still no satisfactory response.

I have a service issue with ASCENT CONSULTING SERVICES PVT. LTD, there is a delay as always. Its not clear, whether ASCENT CONSULTING SERVICES PVT. LTD is really committed with the Service Level Agreement duly signed by them with their Clients.

I will not suggest nor recommend anyone to take any services through ASCENT CONSULTING SERVICES PVT. LTD. Please choose a better payroll consultants, that do not waste your time and money.
