Unwanted immediate termination / Worst treatments / Cheated in payments / physical and mental harassment / illegal activities in Ascent Projects (sey) (pty) ltd
Ascent Projects (Sey) (Pty) Ltd is located in PO Box 371, Anse Etoile, Seychelles. Company is working in Civil engineering, Construction business activities.
This is not a good company and always cheats to workers/engineers
This is not an engineering company; they required only Foreman’s (Guajarati’s)
They are always hiring employees/engineers on every 2-3 months.
Working hours almost 14 hours a day, No over time benefits
Salary not paid properly. If employee asked for pending salary, they were given warning letter. This was physical and mental harassment to me. Their treatment was absolutely very bad.
Unauthorized deductions in payments.
Air tickets were not provided.
In last two years, more than 15 engineers left from this Company. Why they were not staying more than 3 months? Company not allows to proper work and treatment was not good. Every 2 or 3 month their recruiting new engineer and the same way unwanted terminate to present engineer.
No site office/No Toilet /no two wheelers/No proper transport vehicles
Hygiene, living condition, Working conditions and occupational health and safety was not good
My suggestions is don’t go to work this company.
