Dear Sir / Madam, I filed TDR of PNR no. [protected] on 27/05/2015 at 6.44 pm before running train from my stop Bhugaon which was actual time from Bhugaon at 8.00 pm.Today I saw your message in which you mentioned reason for Repudiate TDR: TKT not surrendered /TDR not within 2/3/3 hrs (CNF/RAC/WL) of act of time. As discussed with your representative regarding above, he said that whatever process done by ticket holder was correct and send request mail to IRCTC for re-open the case.You are requested to open the case and settle the claim as earliest.Attached herewith the TDR details for your kind reference.
