Ashish — sudden closure of mobile services by reliance communication

I was informed that the service to my mobile no. [protected] will be stopped by 30th november and i should arrange for porting of my sim before that. But without any intimation the service has been stopped yesterday 9-11-17 evening. There is no network by the reliance or by their roaming partner aircel. How such a big company reliance can put their customers in such a troublesome situation of being without any mobile connectivity that to very much before the deadline date as informed. No response even by the customer care ppl
