I have to bring to your kind notice that on 12.11.2017 around 4 p. M. I tried kto withdraw rs.9000/- from the atm of yes bank situated at nagnloi metro station code no. Mmpo1165. After completing the process of the cash withdrawal, i waited upto more than 15 minutes but to my utter surrize cash could not come out of the atm and i have to come back without collecting the cash. Next day when i saw the message it shows that rs.9000/- transaction is successful. My account no. Sb [protected] and customer id[protected] and adhar no.[protected]. Address ashok kumar, house no. A-73/2, gali no.3, satyam vihar, chanchal park, new delhi no.41.. The ifsc code is punb0307300. I have lodged the complaint to the punjab national bank who told that the transaction is successful and advised to go to yes bank and i have become a rolling stone and compelled to knock your door to kindly help me and arrange to refund rs.9000/- for which i shall be highly oblige4d.
