Dear concern,
We request you to update us on our complaint we made three days back, our complaint no is 11910.
We are having 125kva generator set, since last couple of months we are facing major problem with oil leakage from said generator. So several time we complaint about but we didn't get any firm solution to our complaint, our last complaint no is 11910 which made three days before but we are still waiting for your response which should be prompt.
