Dear sir,
My vehicle number mh04jk0210 was break down yesterday in bihar (Uttar pradesh), and called ashok leyland customer care for help twice dated 12/03 & 13/03. And your service man has reached for help today at 5 a. M. And work has been not rectified yet. Such a bad service from a leading commercial vehicle company was not excepted. And now i don't want this to happen again and hope atleast the service is done proper and on time as i can see already many complaint regarding break down and taking 4-5 for solving the issue.
