Ashok Leyland — product & service

This is sivan s from cochin, ernakulam district, kerala state; kindly requesting the concerned attention to the following matter.

I had purchased a1 boss 913 chassis from tvs kaloor branch on 15 jan 2019 and drove to erode for the body building and came back to cochin. The vehicle started operating from 29 jan 2019 and till date has run only 1800 km. On 1 feb the vehicle was given to the tvs garage in alangad for servicing as the very bad noise was observed in the cabin and it was also reported by the driver that the vehicle had oil leak from the axle of the back left side. The next day the vehicle started it's business routine and again an oil leak from the same part of the vehicle was observed and again we took the vehicle to the garage at alangad. Now the vehicle is said to be done with service at the garage. I would like to bring your attention to the fact that it's causing a lot of loss for me to constantly bring my vehicle from the business to the garage for servicing. If another issue comes around i would be forced to take things legally.

Duly note that i have been a customer for the leyland for a very long time but it's very disappointing with the service offered in the state. Previously and now also i wasn't able to find any company representative to brief about the vehicle. The bus that i currently have lost its mileage after undergoing the service at your service centers and when reported of the same, i was neglected and ignored. It's been 2 years and they still haven't taken matters up and this has caused me several loss. I want to trust the quality of product and service that leyland offers but it's very sad that it's not as promising as it should be.

I request you to take the necessary actions and if not will be forced to take matters to the legal procedure.

Sivan here. The cabin noise is taken care by the service centers after multiple complaints. The bus still needs attention which has to be looked into for its mileage performance.
This is completely ridiculous! the vehicle just broke down again today[protected] silencer pipe just got cut off. Worst part is how the customer service toll-free calling team respond to the situation. They were not at all helpful and on requesting for a nearby service center they did not respond. We had an option to take the eicher vehicle but i went with ashok leyland. Eicher is really having a strong service backup team. There's a limit to which a consumer can keep reporting back to the company!!!

also the sales executive of ashok leyland said that insurance for the vehicle process is undertaken by the company and the final insurance docs for the vehicle will be handed over to the customer. Its nearly a month and they haven't done so as said. On several reminders, the executives are aggressive in communicating and is asking us to do the followups. If we had done the insurance process we would have received it long time back.

Ashok leyland team has to take the necessary steps because am done with this company! atleast keep the word of providing quality!
