Ashok Leyland — worst service

This is a complaint from prasad veerappa, proprietor of prasad verrappa agencies, my newly purchased truck from ashok leyland which has not hardly travelled 6000km has been subjected to problem regarding the gear system and clutch problem has become a major issue. If this issue was found in any other company other than ashok leyland the service officials would have come right on time and fixed our issue, but these so called service officers have no responsibility and are totally careless whatsoever. The road side assistance is very poor. The service officer mr. Shivamurthy is totally careless and has not all bothered about my issue even though i have been repeatedly trying to call him from past 24hrs! Mr. Obilligraj is just exaggerating and delaying the service without proper action, i am totally dissatisfied with your service and i regret for opting your company, there is a lot of loss to my business from past 24hrs due to this poor service from your company!
