Sir i am master warrant officer k sakthivel a combatant member of indian air force serving 34 yrs of service. Frequently, i am being troubled by the staff of toll gate located at hirebagewadi near belgaum. After showing the identity card, their response and gesture is totally disgusting. They thing that we are begging for the toll exception. They never behave properly and. Give any feedback. This is ths fourth time facing this problem. Today 23 aug 18 at 5 o clock also something happened. Compulsorily they collect toll from defence personnel. They just ignores the justification and govt notifications too. I traveled to coimbatore crossing near about 22 toll gates, no problem had been faced and even surfaced. This is one of the toll gate along with kolhapur toll are troubling the serving personnel. Any repeated representation, they don't listen repeatedly ignoring all the replies and asked to pay. It was a disgusting after serving 34 years of service in indian air force. Kindly intervene.
