I am dr. Suddhendu chakraborty. I work in govt sector and was on my way to see one of my serious patients.in dhulagarh toll plaza at 8:05am on 9.01.2020, i was wrongfully asked to follow the truck line while the toll man was actually allowing small goods vehicle through the vip lane. I requested him giving my id that i need to be in the hospital at the earliest for my patient's sake. But he rather misbehaved and refused to listen.in view of tge above incident, i would like to enquire the following:
1. Shouldnt a doctor attending his patient call be given a priority while operating the tolls. We are not requesting a toll wave off. But at least a priority for humainity sake.
2. Why the people operating in toll plaza on uniform donot have their name displayed so that an appreciation or a complaint can be lodged to them?
3. What measures can be taken on your behalf for a misbehaviour on their part? Was this information helpful? |
