I have submitted the counselling fee for B Tech at Anna University for my daughter. But she has not attended the counselling. Hence, I have applied for refund of counselling fee well in time i.e. on 04 Nov 2020 along with all required documents by speed post. Till now the amount has not been refunded and I have sent so many mails but not getting response. Please advise further course of action.
