Ashokkumar Benani — Amount wrongly colected by cheating not fully credited back

Sir, Last month my settop box was not working, so i called helpline but no one came, hence I met your dealer Mr. Samir Tirupati dth. Mo. [protected] from where i had bought the box, and handed oer the box to him, after 5-6 days and reminding him several times, he said there is problem in the box and will have to pay Rs. 700/ as the company repairing charges and the box will hae to repaired at company ceter. I paid him Rs. 700/ in cash, and bought back the box, when I restarted my TV. I was debited Rs. 520/ from my a/c. when called yr. CC. they said it is for the repairing of the box and home visit. when I said I have already paid cash to yr. dealer, was assured that I will get back the Rs. 700/ paid in cash, after calling 2-3 times i was informed that Rs. 520/ is credited in my a/c, and the remaining Rs. 180/ is in process, which is still not credited, since 20 days. On one side u cheat your client and collect double amount and then we have to beg you fro refund, we dont know the dealer, we have gone by company, s name and reputation. this is a blemish on yr. company.. pls. get credited the balance amount, as have already spent lot of money in calling you.
