[Resolved] Asian Big Bazaar — My product ordered on 30th Dec. 2016 has not been shipped yet. | |||
I have attatched the product i ordered from Asian Big Bazaar. It was ordered on 30th December, 2016. I was told that it will be shipped by the end of January 2017. But it was not shipped. On telephoning the customer care, i was told that it had been sent for lab testing and the shipment of the product will be delayed. After a few weeks, i inquire again. They mentioned the same proglem. On asking them again after a few weeks, they said that there is a problem with the order i made and offered me to choose another product of the same price, which i did. But there was no news of its shipment. On inquiry, they mailed me that it will be shipped by 5th May, 2017. I have mailed them inquiring about the product, but no response. Today ie. 12th May, 2017, i tried calling the customer care and other numbers they used to call me from, but the operator answered saying that "it is temporarily out of service". Kindly, i urge you to inquire my complaint and make them send me the product i ordered worth 40000 rupees as soon as the soonest possible. Was this information helpful? | |||
