My dad was hospitalized on 15th July 2021 due to heart problem. He got discharged on 20th July. Since then my billing query has not been responded. Asian heart needs to return 24000 back to me, which they havent till now. Upon calling no one answers the call, Specially Pragya and Pragya from billing team. I had some hopes from Vaishali but even she stopped answering the calls. This is the worst service i have ever received. They are not willing to help.
