[Resolved]  Asianbigbazaar.com — wrong marketing practises

I gother a call from asianbigbazaar and they forced me to register in 3c contest by giving false confirmation of getting assured gift of rs. 50000.I confirmed the same thrice b4 booking order and not gone through t&c while placing order. While sending confirmation mail of my order they mention that customer is not eligible to claim any gift which is contradictory to the telephonic conversation. Due to which I requested for cancellation of my order and company rejected the same with reason that order is booked under contest and as per t&c of booking I am not eligible for refund. this shows the company is adhering to wrong practises of fooling customer with which company can be servived /benefited in short term. I have not confirmed my order till date and don't want to be associated with such company in future. With this back ground I request you to take up matter with asianbigbazaar for my refund. further you please create awareness in public regarding the incidence to avoid loss of genuine customers money.

the same episode is experienced by me . I am shopping online since 2007 from different e shopping sites, there have been issues between us but those were resolved because they are interested in resolving the customer problems but Asian big bazaar is a fraud site, they are not reachable by any means.
The phone no. given above is always busy, and email address is not reachable .
some times theiy will call you for cheating you again . at that time if you remind them about your problem, then thay will promise you that they will call again after some time and that will never happen.
YES, I AM ALSO GETTING CALLS FREQUENTLY FROM THEM BUT THEY DONT WANT TO REFUND MY AMOUNT, RATHER THEY WANT TO SELL MORE PRODUCTS. WE SHOULD EDUCATE PUBLIC NOT TO BUY ANY PRODUCT WITH SUCH COMPANIES.
