[Resolved]  Asianet Satellite Communications — asianet digital is not providing the free channels even after we payed 130/- + additional paid channel charges

Hi sir,

On 12th feb, i have paid 513/- online for the paid channels (And free channels).
Now, they have only provided the paid channels and are not providing the promised free channels.

I have been chasing them for the past 3 days to get it fixed and the staffs are being extremely rude when i raised the complaint.

I would highly appreciate if you could look into this asap

My order number raised with asianet is 230327. And my subscriber id is ha92003408
