I am N Venkat Sai from Hyderabad. Last Month i have Booked 3 tickets to Goa from Hyderabad to travel on 28/10/2016. I got message on 28/10/2016 (3 hours before the boarding time) i got a message informing my "tickets were cancelled and refund will be initiated soon. Sorry for inconvenience". Somehow i got bus tickets from Redbus and i went Goa. While returning also i booked two tickets from Goa to Hyderabad on 28/10/2016 to travel on 31/10/2016. But when gone to bus to get in driver informed our booking was not in their list. He shown that list and refused to get in to the bus. same was mailed to askmebus on same day. in between i have kept 3 - 4 mail for refund but till now there is no response from their website. Please help me or suggest me how to go further to get my money back.
