[Resolved] AskMeBazaar.com — Faulty product

I ordered 2 MI power banks (10400 mAh each) from Askmebazaar.com on 2nd may of this month (Order ID - AB 2698328). But when I got the parcel, I found out that both the products are duplicate and faulty. I instantly called their customer care number[protected] and told their representative about the problem. But that particular person told me that I should had complained 48 hours from the time I received that parcel. Please help me regarding this matter as I was totally unaware about their company rule of complaining 48 hours prior to the parcel receiving time.

Today i have recieved a product which is an I pod.
Product detail is
Digital mp3 player with Lcd display and Led torch 490655
Price:299

This is totally a faulty product. Its not working at all. I am surprised how can they send me a faulty product like this.
I wants to replace my product or want if it possible i want my momey back .
They really dnt have have sense of business and customer satisfaction. I will sue them in court.

I bought a mi xiomi power bank10400 mah from this cheater site on on may 13, 2015 by order number AB2956304. After getting it, I found its faulty and not in working condition. It charges only 10-15% and get discharged. I made complaint wide complaint number QRC647021 and they assured me to replace/refund money in 2-3 days but I'm still waiting. I have mailed them but i have not received any reply so far.
