Worst shopping experience with Askmebazaar.com.
I have ordered (powerbank) dated 20/04/2015 with the order number AB2339014.
I have received the product on 27/04/2015. And on the next day I have registered a complaint and I have mentioned that the product is not working properly.
One of your customer care executive registered a complaint and told me that within 7 days the product will be replaced and the amount will be credited in my account as he has taken already taken my banking details.
Later on I have contacted again with the customer care executive and ask to speak with SME or AMCC the Mr. Hemant talked and told that till Saturday i.e. 09/05/2015 the amount will be credited in my account whether the product will be reversed picked or not.
On Friday dated 08/05/2015 when I called again at that time Mr. Dev picked the call and told me that the complaint has been closed as I have not provided them my banking details. And raised a fresh complaint against it. I was also told that within 24-48 hours backend team will contact me. When I asked him to transfer a call to SME or AMCC he denied and told He cannot transfer a call as he is the only person on the flour.
I want to ask when I will get my refund back. Hope you have understand my concern regarding the same.
