I had ordered two curtains from askmebazaar.com on 8th June 2015,
Order#AB3443605 amount 225/-
Order#AB3443697 amount 747/-
I have been following up on their customer care numbers [protected] and[protected]
they keep saying my order is confirmed and would reach by 18th June, I had asked for tracking number, they denied, saying, i will have to call their helpdesk number as above.
i did followed on 17th and 18th and today 19th June 2015, and i am being told, that they have not yet dispatched the order till date.

1why they cant provide tracking number
2they have falsified the details of shipment whenever i had called, until 19th june, they said that it is not yet shipped from their end, and I have to wait for 7 days for the complaint to be answered.
what about my product? my payment which i have made already
Request to please look into this.
