Hi Team, I raised a ticket on wednesday (10 June) for receiving wrong product. I ordered the Nike white shoes but received blue shoes of reebok. And i requested them to exchange my shoes or return my money. I have sent mail to team two times and so many calls during every call i receive response that i will get a call within 2 days and its now 12 days i did not get any call and response if you people do work like this then i have take help of consumer forum. I want my money back i already updated my bank details with your team on call last week. My complaint no is :QRC29324476 Please help me for this query on urgent basis.
