I have purchased 2 samsang 9000 mah powerbank from your site dated 27 may 2015 and got this product from DTDC karad dated 2 may 2015. From 2 powerbank 1 power bank is not working well and its button was already damaged. Please exchange me the product with new and working condition same brand product.
