I purchase a Sony power bank 10000mah. Service provider not give me right detail. Some say I cange my product within 5-7 day. And after two day say you change your product within 48 hours. Your product is not in good condition. Your product not working. I don't want to accept it please refund me my money. And then I purchase a new power bank.. Please refund me my money. Please forward my complaint and solution it imigately.
I get wrong colour and bad product. I get my product 29-05-15 at 4:30 pm. On that time I complain to service provider regarding wrong colour. then service provider say. You change your product within 5-7 days. and after 29 may, 30 may Saturday and 31 Sunday, then I complain 01 June. And 3 June service provider say we not solve your proble. after 48 hours. Please solve my problem. Service provider give me some address of there service center. I went there and I found nothing there. I contact to company many times regarding my product. After many problems I want to complain consumer complaints. Sony mobile customer care say it's not original Sony power bank. ask me bazaar. Com is a cheater company
