I have ordered a blue reebok casual shoe worth 1199 Rs but i have received wrong delivery of white nike shoe.
Now they are not at all taking interest in giving my refund or replacing the product.
Instead they are saying they can't replace product but will refund money after picking their product.
I just can't believe their instinct.
I made several follow ups but i am getting same answer that your request is forwarded.
Please resilve this as i have made this complaint last week too but didn't get any answer.
Please help me asap.
