[Resolved]  Asus India — Warranty claim

I opted to claim my warranty, for the screen dead issue, i contacted asus and they told me they will call after two day, and i received email saying their technician will call me for further detail, now its been more then 1 week, they havent come to fix my problem, and when i check my repair status, it was showing my issue were resolved, they didnt came.

They call me saying that they will come and do the repair, but they didnt come, without repairing my system, they updated that my system was repaired. They call me from this number 9434061776
