Atcasa — Product not recieved

I had ordered a phone case on 2 weeks ago and made a payment of Rs 252. The order ID for the same is 32632. Now when I entered the order ID, it says invalid and I am not able to track the shipment. Also, I want to get a refund for the amount spent.
