Atiya Herbs — order #33168 (september 26, 2018) not delivered

This is ridiculous to point out that after 10 days of order, medicines are not yet delivered.
I got message from delivery.com that i refused to take the order. When i checked the number of courier person, i noticed on true caller that the number belongs to mumbai area whereas the shipping address is of bangalore which was confirmed in your trailing email. This is height of careless working.
At 1.25 om today when i called on[protected], the person refuse to check the address of shopping as told me that sine i have books the order online, i should make a complaint online. Such people in customer care are fit for purpose and should be remove from public relation job immediately. He even did not tell his name and disconnected the call.
Next person who attended call was husain and he check es address that it is sent at my booking address and nit shopping address.
I will cal hakim sahab directly in this tomorrow as i am nit happy with the service by his team.
