On 20 Aug 2019 around 11.45 AM. I logged into atmee.com site. I purchased a Saree full details in this link here

I made the payment of Rs.1599.00 via BHIM UPI which is mapped to my HDFC saving account. Soon after payment success, I saw a received message on the portal saying - "Your Order has been received. THANK YOU FOR YOUR PURCHASE! Your order # is:[protected].
You will receive an order confirmation email with details of your order and a link to track its progress."
I waited for almost 30 mins. There was no confirmation email from atmee.com. Then I called in this number[protected] but no one received the call.
I again tried the onsite support chat messenger with my email id: [protected]@gmail.com but there was no response from atmee.com. Then I emailed to [protected]@atmee.com with the subject line - "no confirmation email my order no#[protected]" and with a message - "Hi,
Please send me the confirmation email for my order no #[protected] or else kindly refund my amount. Thanks

Around 1:31 PM I got a response to my email saying "I haven't received it yet.
". I replied with screenshots of the order number and acknowledgment message from portal" and also BHIM UPI transaction details.
Around 1:34 PM I saw a confirmation email with subject line "Congratulation "
and message body below:
Hi Sir/Mam AMAR GURUNA
THANK YOU FOR YOUR PURCHASE!
NOTE :- ALL domestic delivery.
Within India in 6 to 7 working day and all international delivery within 12 - 18 working days.

Order No :[protected]
Product code :- Fv_Designer_Saree_02

If you see the order number[protected] does not match with the initial order number and also the product I ordered was Saree not Kurti.
In my opinion, it's a fraud or scam done by such companies to earn free money and giving trouble to innocent people like me.
I'd request that such fraud companies should be shut down and penalized.
In my case, I simply want the refund of my hard-earned money.

i[censored] book 2 products they dont send 1 and send 1 which is not what you have ordered and best part is thier contact no.s are switched off, and one which is working whatsapp no., on this no.msg will be dilivered, it will also be seen but they will never reply.
They just want money at any cost.
