I had bought 4 effico fans from the companies website on 4th of june, first of all issue was the order came in two halves and that was very inconvenient for me as well as after i received the order the performance of the fan was not satisfactory and the service for customer is reaaly poor, so i decided to return the fans and i asked for return on 11th of june even the pick up for the return arrived after 6 days thats on 17th of june, and today is 24th of june which is almost 7 days from the pickup and we still havent received the refund Was this information helpful? |
