I had purchased the highest quality renessa smart plus gorilla fan offered by this company, 1.5 months back. The shopkeeper told me that the he has told the company person to come and install the fan and give the demo, who in turn called me to say that i need to tell my electrician to do it.
After installation the fan was wobbling and making noises, also since the server is down i am unable to connect it to the alexa or the company app. The technician (An unskilled one) visited my house 10 days back saying the blades and the rod for the new fan need to be changed, for which i will have to break my cieling and get the painting work done again (All this because the company personnel dint act on time). I agreed to whatever it takes, yet there is noone coming to my house to install the rod and the blades, the app is still not working. Poor poor service, looting the customer.
