Updated by samson98 ON 22 SND FEB RECD CaLL FROM ATOZSHOPPINGDEALS.COM from phone no.[protected] and they said if I purchased any product above rs. 3000/- I will get offer to free purchase of any amount when I asked howw they get my number and why they offering only me then I have been told that as you frequently purchased from online we have that data and this is our promotional offer to promote our site and you are the lucky winner hence I checked their site and I diint see anything phishing in it so I placed order No.[protected] for mobile and select one free gift of laptop of Rs.23000/- as advised by them and then I paid online thr credit card for Rs.4148.00 Immediately I have recd their acknowledgment by email as below

Order Amount:4148

You will receive your parcel with 2 to 5 working days.

even after 7 days I have not recd the item hence I had tried to their contact number [protected] / [protected] but both the phone numbers are switched off and their email id is also fake all mail sent to this email id bounced back [protected]@atozshoppingdeal.com . the site http://www.atozshoppingdeal.com/contact.php syill there i have reccording of their sales person with me I dont know whether the site is genuine or fraud but I found same complaint on consumer complaints site from some customer is there any authority who can take action on them and what happend to the same type complaint lodged by somebody

Updated by samson98 I have already lodged my complaint i just wanted to know that when i serch about this atozshoping there is lot of complaints of cheating since 2014 howcomw you have not taken any action against the company everyday they are cheating lot of persons
please do the needful and alert cyber cell about this company this company seems to be from mumbai as they have not mentioned their address on their site they follow the same modus operandi and cheated innocent people their payment address is moto_tpsl mumbai appear in the credit card systems i have also their sales person conversation recordings can this consumer forum do any strict action against them
