Atria It — Unauthorized charges for filing h1b

Hey I would like to thank you for posting this. As I have also received a phone call from Paul Tan saying that they would be charging $1500 for filing H1B and once if it get picked up, I will have to pay $2100. In total they said the charges would be around $3600. I have asked the cross question as what would be the evidence that if it does not get picked up, He mentioned that he would be sending the copy of Rejection letter.

Surprisingly I was not aware that they would also create the fake rejection letters.
I would like to thank this person who has posted this and creating the awareness.

I have applied H1B 2016 and I have got picked up in the lottery and Paul has guided me and been a great help from the beginning of the process to the time I landed in USA with a Job. I currently working on a Long term Project with Atria and I am very happy with the service I have received and I have recently got my family moved to the states..

I have applied the Visa for 2016 through Atria IT, as per the discussion with Paul (Talent Acquisition Manager), i made the payment of 2 lakhs rupees in the name of Mr b. Cynthia roseline. As per the agreement, 1500$ fixed for the processing fees and remaining suppose to pay back if my application is not selected in the lottery. Unluckily my application was not selected in lottery, but with many follow up with Paul and his manager Rick who sits in USA, doesn't help anything. Paul never receive call whenever i try to reach him. Till today, i didn't receive money back.

As per my point of view, Atria Group is cheating/fraud company and Mr. Paul is thief, he is not manager. During initial days he talk nicely, once he collects money, he won't respond at all

I hereby requesting, please take legal action against Paul and his manager Rick and against the company also

This is completely fraud company, last year I have applied H1B through this company and Mr.Paul told me while submitting the documents he is going to share the courier tracking number, after several followups he shared a group tracking number( which will not have any details of your application).

He also says if your application is not selected he is going to share rejection letter as well. in my case he told my application is rejected but he did not provide any rejection letter. I am sure he did not applied my application.

One my friend also faced same situation with this company. Once you send money they never respond to your calls. So please do not trust this fake company.
