Attractive Holiday — cheating with the customer

I got to know company called attractive holiday company through online, and requested them for holiday package tour for mysore and coorg, for 3 nights and 4 days.
They provided trip itinerary and i transferred money through online as advance as per below:
On 11th dec 2019 (Inr 8500/-) to attractive holiday for holiday package, through net banking (Razorpay), inb/[protected]/ razorpay software pvt limi. And

After follow up i have not received any tickets and booking from them. They committed to pay me back, but not they are saying i will not return any money. Now they are not attending phone calls also. I trust, you will take this issue seriously and get results.
