SUBJECT: Complaint Against Unprofessional & Rude Behavior of Branch Manager Mr. Amit (Ph. [protected]) And Inactive Bank Account Issue
My name is Prashant Sharma, I am an existing customer of AU bank and my account number is [protected].
A few days back I got a call from AU Bank Atlas Road Sonipat branch to open a new bank account for my family member.
After 10 minutes of discussion with the salesperson, I decided to open my mother's account in AU Bank and I completed all the formalities to open a bank account.
But after 4-5 days I did not get any feedback or service call from the sales executive or any branch staff. Then I contacted customer care regarding my mother's account and I came to know that my mother's account is not activated due to a cheque issue.
Whereas I deposited 25000 rupees in my mother's account through UPI.
After that, I contacted AU branch executive Rahul Sharma (Ph. [protected]) over the phone and asked him to know my bank account status but he did not talk to me like a professional, he was very unprofessional on the call.
Then I decided to talk to the branch manager Mr. Amit (Ph. [protected]) about this matter and he was also talking to me on the phone in an unprofessional manner and he was full of arrogance. He didn't know how to talk to the customer. Also, he put my phone on hold and started talking to his friend and after some time he disconnected my call without talking to me properly.
I called him again after 10 minutes to know the status of the account. But he did not give me any positive response on the call. Then I also sent him a WhatsApp message. But the branch manager is not replying to me on WhatsApp.
Also I submitted my complaint to AU customer support (Ref. 5039250) and they are not taking any action against the Branch Manager. Was this information helpful? |
