I have purchased an audi q3 on 15th june 2018 from andheri west mumbai car no. Mh03cs8957
I had some issues with the car regarding the wheel allignment system. So i went to the kalina workshop mumbai to look after the problem we delivered the car between 10-15 october. 10 days later when asked they could not even figure out the problem. Later we were said there is problem with the wheel alignment and excel part on which we have to claim insurance. Till date 15 november we are not getting proper report we are only getting information some parts are coming from germany yet not received. Every day we are given a new date. They havent repaired it yet as said. If we did not have any alternate car we had to walk or use public transport.
Its more than one and half a month we had given the car to them we need the car we have functions at our address and need the car at urgent basis.
I hope complaint over here would be useful and would be receiving our car soon. And i would never buy any audi car again or suggest anyone else to buy one.
